Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of ReStyleSnap, our app, and this website (together, the “Service”), provided by Igor Sergeevich Krivitsky, located in Belarus (“we”, “us”).

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Eligibility and your account

• ReStyleSnap is intended for users aged 16 and older. You must be at least 16, or older if the law where you live sets a higher minimum age, and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you are under 16, do not create an account, use the Service or submit personal data through it.
• Give us an accurate email address and keep your sign-in details confidential. You are responsible for activity in your account.
• Never share your password or verification codes with anyone, including us. Tell us promptly if you think your account has been used without permission.

What the Service does

ReStyleSnap lets you upload photos of furniture and rooms, choose styles or reference images, give text or voice instructions, and receive AI-generated previews of how a piece of furniture might look with a different finish or placed in your room.

AI-generated previews are illustrative

Results are generated automatically and are illustrative previews only. They are not a guarantee, quote or promise of what a real restoration, repainting, reupholstery or purchase will look like. Colours, textures, proportions, materials and details may differ in real life.

Do not rely on a preview as the only basis for buying materials, commissioning work or making financial decisions.

Room BETA placement

Previewing furniture in your room is a beta feature. The position, size, scale, perspective and lighting of the furniture in a room preview are approximate and may not match the real space. Measure the real space before you buy or build.

AI output limitations

• AI can make mistakes: results may ignore parts of your instructions, change details you wanted kept, or look unexpected or inappropriate.
• Results are generated automatically, are not reviewed by a person, and may be similar to results other people receive.
• Results are not professional advice of any kind.

Your content

You must own, or have the right to use, the photos, images and text you submit, and the right to allow us to process them as described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Do not upload content that contains other people’s private information, or that you do not have permission to use.

You keep your rights in your uploaded content and, to the extent permitted by applicable law and third-party rights, in the results generated for you.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process, transmit and display your content only as needed to operate, secure and provide the Service to you — including sending it to AI service providers to generate your results. This licence ends when your content is deleted, except for records we may legitimately retain as described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload content that is illegal, infringes someone else’s rights, or is abusive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or exploits or endangers children;
• use the Service to deceive or defraud others, including presenting a preview as a real photograph of an actual item or completed work in order to mislead someone;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service, or probe, scan or bypass its security or usage limits;
• reverse engineer or copy the app, except where the law allows it;
• scrape the Service or use automated means to access it without our permission;
• access or use another person’s account.

Our intellectual property

The app, website, design, text, brand name, logos and underlying software belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service in line with these Terms. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

Credits and future paid features

Credits exist in the app, but charging and debiting are turned off during the beta. We may later offer paid subscriptions or credit packs. If we do, the price, what is included and any limits will be shown in the app before you confirm a purchase, and we will update these Terms or give notice where required.

Purchases and refunds

When purchases become available, they are expected to be made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and will be subject to that store’s own payment, cancellation and refund terms and policies, as well as any mandatory consumer rights you have. We may not be able to issue refunds for purchases made through a store ourselves.

Service availability and changes

The Service is provided as it becomes available. We may change, suspend or discontinue features (including beta features) or the whole Service, for example for maintenance, security or legal reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, or to protect the security of the Service or other people. You may stop using the Service at any time and can delete your account as described below.

Account deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated data by following the steps on our Delete Account page or, where your version of the app offers it, from within the app. What we delete and what we may retain is described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms affects rights you have under mandatory consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or from your reliance on AI-generated previews, including decisions to buy materials or commission work.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Belarus, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to you under the laws of your country of residence. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts as determined by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protections you have under the law of the country where you live.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, give notice in the app or by other appropriate means. Where the law allows, continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
